How to track a warranty in under a minute
The best moment to save a receipt is the day you get it. The flow is built for that: phone in one hand, receipt in the other.
- Add the purchaseTap +, type the product name and store, enter the price and purchase date. Pick a category so the list stays scannable.
- Set the warranty lengthTap 6 months, 1, 2, 3 or 5 years, or type any number of months. Add an extended warranty if you bought one; the app shows the total coverage and the exact expiry date.
- Photograph the receiptTake a photo of the receipt and, if you like, the product and its serial-number sticker. Photos stay attached to the item at full size.
- Let the reminders workBy default you are notified 30 and 7 days before expiry at 9:00. Change the lead times and the hour in Settings; everything is a local notification, nothing is sent anywhere.

How do I keep track of warranties for everything I own?
Add each purchase once with its receipt photo and warranty length. The home screen lists everything sorted by what expires first, with counts of active, expiring and expired items and the total value still covered.
Where do I keep receipts for warranty claims?
Attached to the item, on your phone. Photograph the receipt the day you buy the product; when something breaks, open the item and show the receipt, the purchase date and the serial number at the counter.
How do I get reminded before a warranty expires?
Turn on reminders in Settings and pick the lead times (90, 60, 30, 14, 7 or 1 day) and the hour. The app schedules local notifications for every item; nothing leaves the device.
Can I track an extended warranty?
Yes. Each item has a manufacturer warranty and an optional extended warranty; the app adds them into one total coverage period and one expiry date.
Does it need an account or the internet?
No. It works offline, there is no account, no cloud sync and no analytics. Include the app in your iPhone backup and export CSV whenever you want a copy.

Where are my photos and data stored?
In the app's own storage on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. If you include the app in your iPhone or iCloud backup, it is restored with the rest of your phone.
Do I need to allow camera or photo access?
Only if you want to add photos. The camera permission is asked the first time you tap Take photo; picking from the library uses Apple's picker and needs no permission.
Can I change the reminder times?
Yes. Settings lets you choose any combination of 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry and the time of day. Reminders update automatically when you edit an item.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Restore the new phone from a backup and the app comes with its data. You can also export CSV as an extra copy. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so you are not charged again.
Does it sync between devices?
Not in this version. It is a single-device, fully offline app by design.
Is it a subscription?
No. One-time purchase, no in-app purchases, no ads.
Which languages does it support?
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. You can force a language in Settings.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. The iPhone app ships first; an Android build is planned and this page will link to Google Play when it is live.
